What is the booking fee?

“Booking Fee” refers to the service of selling tickets online, a service in which the customer is facilitated in his purchases as:

  • It works 24/7
  • It is possible to buy the best available seats in advance (and not whatever availability there is before the show / match)
  • There is the possibility (if offered by the production company) of choosing specific seats of your preference
  • It is possible (if offered by the production company) to receive ticket(s) in pdf format to print at home

In addition, before proceeding to confirm and purchase tickets, you are informed in time about the fee on the checkout page and have the alternative of not making the purchase.

Finally, even in cases of postponement or cancellation of an event by an Organizer, where a booking fee has been provided, it cannot be refunded.

Can Ticketmaster give me free tickets?

Ticketmaster owns the ticketing platform and is not responsible for sending invitations to any event it partners with. The only exception that Ticketmaster offers invitations is in cases of its specific promotions, as long as it has the approval of the respective Organizing Company.
